For HR, L&D and internal trainers

Make company training interactive, and see what your team understood.

Run branded quizzes, polls and pulse checks that people join from any phone, live in the room or at their own pace. Afterwards, Wimzi shows which topics landed and which to revisit.

Free to start. No credit card. Participants never need an account.

See what your team would see

Each demo runs on this page as a participant would experience it. Nothing is saved and you don't need an account.

Use cases

Built for the moments trainers run every week

Onboarding

Check the essentials landed on day one: security, policies, where to get help. Follow up on the questions most people missed.

Training recaps

Close a workshop with a short live quiz, or assign it as a self-paced check a week later to see what stuck.

Product knowledge

Before a launch or sales kickoff, check teams can explain plans, features and positioning.

Town halls

Warm up large meetings, collect questions for leadership and take the room's temperature, all from people's phones.

Team pulse checks

Anonymous ratings and open questions. No names are stored, so people can be candid.

Values & culture

Turn values into everyday scenarios and start a real conversation about them.

How it works

Three steps, about fifteen minutes the first time

  1. 1

    Create

Upload your slides and let Wimzi AI draft the questions, start from a template, or write your own. Knowledge questions, polls, ratings, word clouds and more.

  2. 2

    Run it

Host live on a shared screen with a game code and QR code, or assign it with a deadline for people to complete in their own time.

  3. 3

    Review

See who completed, accuracy for each question, the most common wrong answers and the topics worth revisiting. Export to CSV.

Wimzi AI

Upload your slides. Get a quiz in under a minute.

Drop in the PowerPoint, PDF or Word document you already train with. Wimzi AI reads every slide and drafts questions with answers and explanations, then places each question straight after the slide it came from. You check and edit everything before anyone sees it.

  • Multiple choice, true or false, type-the-answer and number questions
  • Choose the focus: key facts, real-life scenarios or understanding
  • Speaker notes count too, so nothing you say gets missed

Your brand, not ours

Every screen in your company's colours

Add your logo, colours, fonts and a welcome message once. The host screen, participants' phones, practice mode and self-paced challenges all use them. Try switching the example.

  • Pick colours straight from your logo
  • Built-in contrast checks keep text readable
  • White-labelling available for company pilots

Which of our values matters most to customers?

Example brands are invented for illustration. Any resemblance to a real company is unintended.

Reports that lead to action

Know what to revisit, not just who won

  • Completion against the number invited, not just those who turned up
  • Accuracy for each question, and the wrong answer most people chose
  • Suggested next steps about the content, never judgements about people
  • Opinions kept separate: polls and ratings are never marked "wrong"

Questions trainers ask

Do participants need an account or an app?

No. They open the link or scan the QR code on any phone, tablet or laptop browser and type a nickname. Anonymous sessions don't ask for a name at all.

What can hosts see about each person?

In a normal session, the report shows each nickname with their answers. In an anonymous session no names or identifiers are stored, so the report, CSV export and API contain combined results only. Participants are told which kind of session they're joining.

How many people can join one session?

We've load-tested 2,000 simulated participants in a single live session on one server, with no errors and every answer recorded. Real-world capacity also depends on your network and hosting. Plan limits are 50 participants per session on Free, 300 on Team and 500 on a company pilot (higher on request).

Is it accessible?

We design for keyboard use, screen readers, readable contrast and reduced motion, and offer no-time-pressure scoring. We haven't had an independent accessibility audit yet; see the security and data page for what we have and haven't verified.

Where is our data kept and who owns it?

Your quizzes, brand kits and reports belong to your company's workspace. Other companies can't see them, and you can export or delete everything at any time. Read the security and data summary.

Is speed-based scoring fair for training?

For training we recommend accuracy only: every correct answer scores the same, with no time pressure. Speed scoring is there for icebreakers, and you can switch scores off completely.
